Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Weyerhaeuser is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues they may have and working proactively to anticipate their needs.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the company - Communicate with clients regularly to understand their needs and provide solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the delivery of services to clients - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to clients - Resolve any client issues or complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Analyze client feedback and provide recommendations for improvements - Meet with clients in person as needed to strengthen relationships and address their needs - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 7+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Reliable and driven personality traits - Strong decision-making and innovation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
