Job Description:
Principal Financial is seeking a Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This full-time position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships remotely, including maintaining regular communication, addressing client inquiries and concerns, and providing exceptional customer service. - Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow existing client accounts. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget. - Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to proactively address client needs. - Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful client experience. - Provide support and guidance to junior team members as needed.
Requirements: - Hardworking and resourceful individual with a strong work ethic. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong planning and organizational skills. - Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
