Job Description: Stockland, a leading property development company based in Adelaide, South Australia, is seeking a Client Relations Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work from home and will require a high level of independence, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in client relations and a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and partners.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients - Conduct regular analysis of client feedback and satisfaction to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement client success strategies and initiatives - Lead and manage client projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met - Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on client relations activities and performance
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in client relations, account management, or a related field - Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and take initiative to drive results - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and events
