Remote Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Client Relations Officer to join our team at J.P. Morgan Chase in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain relationships with our clients remotely - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels - Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issue resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner - Identify opportunities to upsell services and products to existing clients - Analyze client feedback and data to improve overall client satisfaction and retention - Stay current on industry trends and market changes to better serve clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Experience with remote client management is preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Hardworking and driven personality traits - Negotiation and teamwork soft skills - Eligible to legally work in Australia
