Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Relations Representative to join our team at salesforce.com in Adelaide, South Australia. As a Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues they may have, and providing them with excellent customer service.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have - Provide excellent customer service to clients by listening to their needs and finding solutions to meet their requirements - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Keep detailed records of client interactions and maintain accurate client information in our database - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to clients based on their needs - Monitor client satisfaction levels and address any concerns that may arise - Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a client-facing role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Reliable and driven personality traits - Emotional intelligence and project management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
