Client Relations Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Union Pacific is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This is a full-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and exceed expectations. - Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates and reports on their status. - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to clients. - Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs. - Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to improve services. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients.

Requirements: - Resilient and dedicated individual with excellent communication and leadership skills. - Previous experience in client relations, customer service, or a related field. - Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
