Client Service Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Air Products & Chemicals is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Client Service Assistant to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work from home. As an Associate level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in client service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses - Assist clients with account management, including updating account information and resolving any issues that may arise - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration on client projects - Participate in client meetings and provide support to the Client Service Manager as needed - Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement in service delivery - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Adaptability to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment - Critical thinking skills to analyze complex client issues and develop effective solutions - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Experience working with clients in a remote setting is a plus - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
