Client Service Associate

Job Description:

LKQ is seeking a Client Service Associate to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a reputable global company in the automotive aftermarket industry, we are committed to providing top-notch service to our clients. The Client Service Associate will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting the company's products and services.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up. - Assist clients with product selection, pricing, and order processing. - Collaborate with internal departments to address client needs and resolve issues quickly and effectively. - Utilize CRM system to track client interactions, maintain accurate records, and generate reports. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize client satisfaction and company revenue. - Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to provide knowledgeable support to clients. - Participate in client meetings, presentations, and events to represent the company and promote our products and services. - Contribute to the development and implementation of client service strategies to drive business growth and customer retention.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in client service or a related role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. - Energetic and reliable with a positive attitude. - Presentation skills and the ability to represent the company professionally. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Willingness to travel as needed. - Must be located in or willing to relocate to Perth, Western Australia.
