Remote Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Newmont Mining is seeking a dedicated and motivated Remote Client Service Associate to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in a client service or related role.

Responsibilities: - Managing client relationships remotely through various communication channels such as email, phone calls, and video conferences. - Providing exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are completed in a timely manner. - Conducting research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges for clients. - Assisting with the development and implementation of client service strategies. - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations. - Driven and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and innovation mindset.
