Client Service Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

WorleyParsons is seeking a motivated and reliable Client Service Associate to join our team, working from home in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. 3. Collaborate with team members to address client needs and achieve service goals. 4. Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies. 5. Monitor client accounts and ensure accurate and up-to-date information. 6. Provide feedback to management on client satisfaction and potential improvement areas. 7. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively. 8. Demonstrate effective people management skills when interacting with clients and team members.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 2. 4+ years of experience in client service or a similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software. 6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 7. Motivated and reliable individual with a commitment to excellence. 8. Strong time management and people management skills.
