Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team at Prudential Financial in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns they may have. You will also be responsible for developing new business opportunities and driving revenue growth for the company.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. 2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. 4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth for the company. 5. Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction. 6. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities. 7. Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and pitch new products or services to clients. 8. Track and report on key performance metrics related to client satisfaction and revenue growth. 9. Provide training and support to junior team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge. 10. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and quality service delivery.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in client service or relationship management. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Resilient and driven attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. 5. Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Persuasion skills to effectively influence clients and internal stakeholders. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 9. Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus.
