Job Description:
Emerson Electric is seeking a passionate and driven Client Service Manager to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement client service strategies to meet and exceed business objectives - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize client value - Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to update on progress and opportunities - Analyze client feedback and market trends to make data-driven decisions - Manage client contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance and renewals - Act as a mentor and leader to junior client service team members
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field - 8+ years of experience in client service or account management - Strong presentation and communication skills - High emotional intelligence and ability to build rapport with clients - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities - Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and events
