Job Description: Best Buy is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Client Service Officer to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role is entry level and requires at least 1 year of experience in a client-facing role.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. 2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and communication logs. 3. Conduct research on client industries and trends to provide informed recommendations and solutions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and resolve issues effectively. 5. Actively seek feedback from clients to improve service delivery and overall customer experience. 6. Assist in developing client service strategies to increase retention and satisfaction rates. 7. Monitor client accounts and track performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends to enhance client service delivery.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. 4. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 7. Experience in customer service or client management is preferred.
