Client Service Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and driven Client Service Officer to join our team at Group 1 Automotive in Perth, Western Australia. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or concerns they may have. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure a seamless experience for our customers from start to finish.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients 2. Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner 3. Collaborate with sales team to provide outstanding customer service 4. Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies with client accounts 5. Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions 6. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client service role 2. Driven and resilient personality traits 3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills 4. Ability to think creatively and persuade customers effectively 5. Excellent time management and organizational skills 6. Knowledge of automotive industry is a plus
