Remote Client Service Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Client Service Representative to join our team at Synnex. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner. This position is full-time and located in Perth, Western Australia.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other channels to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and maximize client retention - Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients - Assist in developing strategies to improve client satisfaction and overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve clients - Work closely with the sales team to support client relationships and drive revenue growth

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Passionate and reliable individual with excellent communication skills - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients - Experience in strategic planning and problem-solving - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
