Remote Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Exelon is currently seeking a motivated and passionate Remote Client Service Representative to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As an Entry Level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and have a knack for managing relationships with clients.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Address client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to effectively address client needs - Meet and exceed performance goals to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to effectively manage relationships with clients - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
