Client Service Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Treasury Wine Estates is looking for a Client Service Representative to join our team in a full-time, work-from-home role based in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, building relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Manage client accounts, update customer information, and process orders accurately - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any client issues or escalations - Educate clients on product offerings, promotions, and upcoming events - Proactively reach out to clients to build rapport, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset - Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work independently in a remote setting - Energetic and motivated with a positive attitude - Ability to cooperate with team members and persuade clients effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
