As a Client Service Specialist at Lithia Motors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in the Perth, Western Australia area. This is a full-time position with the flexibility to work from home, allowing you to create your ideal work environment.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with product information, pricing, and any other questions or concerns they may have - Proactively reach out to clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues that may arise - Collaborate with the sales team to provide seamless service and support to clients throughout the sales process - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company CRM system - Stay up to date on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve clients - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge in client service
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Independent and passionate individual who is dedicated to providing the best possible service to clients - Strong research skills to quickly and accurately respond to client inquiries - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
