Remote Client Support Associate

Job Description: Expeditors International of Washington is seeking a Remote Client Support Associate to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. This is a full-time entry-level position with zero years of experience required.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the database - Assist in the development and implementation of client support strategies - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve customer service skills - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
