Job Description:
Aetna, a leading healthcare company, is seeking a Client Support Associate to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. This is a full-time, work-from-home position with the opportunity for remote work flexibility.
Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services to clients - Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs)
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or support role - Independent and passionate individual who is self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment - Strong persuasion and leadership skills to influence and guide clients towards solutions - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant technology tools - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred but not required
