Job Description - Remote Client Support Manager

As a Remote Client Support Manager at Cisco Systems in Melbourne, Victoria, AU, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a portfolio of remote clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. This role is ideal for a driven and energetic individual with at least 5 years of experience in a client-facing role.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with remote clients, acting as a primary point of contact for all their support needs. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to remote clients, escalating issues as needed. - Develop and implement client support strategies to improve satisfaction and retention. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Prepare and deliver reports on client support metrics and performance.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field. - 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role. - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of managing and supporting remote clients. - Experience with CRM systems and support tools.
