Remote Client Support Officer

Job Description:

Incitec Pivot is seeking a Remote Client Support Officer to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote support to clients via phone, email, and chat communications. 2. Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company database. 5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in client support operations. 6. Analyze client feedback to make data-driven decisions and improve service delivery. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support. 8. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Requirements: 1. Confident and hardworking individual with strong communication skills. 2. Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and drive innovation in client support. 3. Prior experience in a client support or customer service role preferred. 4. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 7. Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
