Remote Client Support Representative

Job Description: As a Remote Client Support Representative at AK Steel Holding, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients from a remote location in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. This is an entry-level position, perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role. The ideal candidate will be energetic, independent, detail-oriented, and adaptable.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues related to products or services. 3. Provide product information and recommendations to clients based on their needs. 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 5. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in the company database. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure client needs are met effectively. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients. 8. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets set by the company.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. 4. Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and customer needs. 5. Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems. 6. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
