Client Support Specialist - Work from home

As a Client Support Specialist at Northwestern Mutual, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients while working from the comfort of your own home in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. This full-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing assistance with account management - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Assist clients with financial planning, including retirement planning and investment strategies - Collaborate with financial advisors to provide comprehensive support to clients - Conduct regular reviews of client accounts and identify opportunities for growth - Utilize strategic planning skills to help clients achieve their financial goals - Manage your time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Stay up to date on industry trends and changes in regulations to provide accurate information to clients

Requirements: - Reliable and driven with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Experience in client support or a related field - Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of financial products and services - Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred - Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and time management
