Job Description:
BlackRock is seeking a motivated and reliable Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. The Contact Center Assistant will work closely with the Contact Center Manager to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and assist in achieving departmental goals.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Handling customer complaints and resolving issues efficiently and effectively. 3. Providing product information and assistance to customers as needed. 4. Assisting with order processing, returns, and exchanges. 5. Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. 6. Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs and escalations. 7. Contributing to team meetings and sharing insights on customer feedback. 8. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times. 9. Continuously seeking ways to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. 10. Maintaining a positive attitude and representing the company in a professional manner at all times.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a clear and concise manner. 3. Excellent persuasion skills and the ability to handle difficult customer situations with tact and empathy. 4. Innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop creative solutions to customer issues. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 8. Must be a motivated and reliable individual with a strong work ethic.
