Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Contact Center Associate to join our team at Stanley Black & Decker in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. As an Associate Level Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product information - Utilize CRM system to document customer interactions and follow-up actions - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed company KPIs and goals - Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills through training and development opportunities

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer service role - Strong project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Confidence in handling challenging customer situations - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - High level of cooperation and team-player mentality - Driven and motivated to achieve success - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
