Contact Center Associate - Work from home

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Contact Center Associate to join our team at MGM Resorts International, with the opportunity to work from home in Melbourne, Victoria. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls and emails from customers with a high level of professionalism and customer service - Provide accurate information and assistance to resolve customer inquiries and issues - Utilize strategic planning to effectively communicate with customers and maintain customer satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to ensure all customer needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1+ year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Creativity in problem-solving and finding solutions for customer issues - Strong strategic planning skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
