Job Description - Contact Center Manager


Job Description:


AGCO is seeking a dynamic and experienced Contact Center Manager to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our contact center operations.


Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of contact center agents, ensuring high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the contact center operations - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of contact center processes with overall company objectives - Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and performance of contact center staff - Stay updated on industry best practices and trends to maintain a competitive edge


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in a contact center management role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Confident and resilient personality traits - Excellent planning and adaptability skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
