Remote Contact Center Officer

United States Steel is seeking a Remote Contact Center Officer to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. This full-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or contact center operations.

As a Remote Contact Center Officer, your main responsibilities will include: 1. Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service. 2. Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience. 5. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 6. Adhering to company policies and procedures while upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
