Job Description:
Univar is seeking a Remote Contact Center Representative to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. As an Entry Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service and be adaptable and dedicated to providing excellent customer support.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, orders, and issue resolution. 2. Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures. 3. Utilize creativity and research to find solutions to customer problems and concerns. 4. Update customer information in the database accurately and efficiently. 5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to customer service and call resolution.
Requirements: 1. At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Adaptable and dedicated personality traits. 3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficient computer skills and knowledge of CRM systems. 6. Creativity and research skills to find unique solutions for customers.
