Transurban Group is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As an entry-level role, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin a career in customer service. The ideal candidate will be driven and dedicated, with strong emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills.


Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, and feedback - Assist customers with account inquiries, payment processing, and general support - Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers and finding solutions to their needs - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by the contact center manager


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment
