Job Description - Customer Account Manager

About the role:
As an Enterprise Partner Customer Account Manager at Origin Zero, you'll be at the forefront of managing relationships with our largest customers. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, overseeing account administration, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. What will you bring?

  • Experience in the energy industry working with Commercial & Industrial Customers
  • Showcase advanced Excel skills, including macro development and data validation.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in customer-related systems, including Gentrack and Salesforce.
  • Exhibit strong strategic thinking skills, influencing key stakeholders and driving positive change.
  • Embrace a collaborative team-oriented approach
