Job Description - Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:


As a Customer Care Assistant at Sherwin-Williams in Brisbane, Queensland, AU, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a high level of independence and motivation to excel in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person. 2. Process orders and track shipments to ensure timely delivery. 3. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed. 4. Provide product information and recommendations to customers. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote products and services. 7. Assist with inventory management and restocking products as needed. 8. Participate in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.


Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of customer service experience. 2. Strong people management skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. 3. Creativity in problem-solving and finding innovative solutions for customers. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in computer systems and software applications. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
