Job Description:
CBRE Group is seeking a Remote Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for providing excellent service and support to our clients in a remote setting.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing information about products and services, and assisting customers with placing orders. 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively. 4. Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Conducting research to find solutions to customer inquiries and problems. 7. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times. 8. Providing feedback to management on customer trends and issues.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2. At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong research skills and ability to find solutions independently. 5. Resourceful and adaptable to changing circumstances. 6. Ability to work effectively in a remote setting. 7. Proficient in using customer service software and tools. 8. Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
