Job description:
Biogen is seeking a Customer Care Associate to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. This is an entry-level, full-time position for individuals with no prior experience.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to team initiatives
