Job Description:

AbbVie is seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Customer Care Associate to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As a full-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer care or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing accurate information about products, services, and policies - Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Resilient and resourceful attitude - Presentation and analysis skills - Previous experience in a customer care role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - A positive and customer-focused approach to work
