Job Description - Customer Care Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and independent Customer Care Officer to join our team at Public Service Enterprise Group. This is a full-time work from home position based in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Entry Level Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues. 2. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner. 3. Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Utilize empathy and emotional intelligence to build rapport with customers. 6. Demonstrate adaptability in handling various customer situations. 7. Meet or exceed customer service targets and goals. 8. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer care skills.
