Remote Customer Care Representative

Job Description:

NGL Energy Partners is seeking a Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues with a high level of empathy and understanding - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Documenting all customer interactions in our CRM system - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Identifying opportunities for improving customer experience and communicating them to management

Requirements: - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Independent and able to work effectively in a remote setting - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
