Job Description - Customer Care Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


Stockland, a leading property development company in Melbourne, Victoria is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers the flexibility to work from home, providing you with the opportunity to work in a comfortable environment while still contributing to the success of the organization.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies - Identify and escalate any priority issues to management


Requirements: - Highly motivated and hardworking individual - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability - Confidence in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues - Proficient in using technology and various software applications - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required - training will be provided
