Jones Financial is currently seeking a dedicated and resourceful Customer Care Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time work from home position based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with account inquiries, technical issues, and general support - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Communicate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate as needed - Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in our database - Provide guidance and support to customers on using our products and services - Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Resilient and able to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism - Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
Personality traits: - Resourceful - able to find solutions to customer problems quickly and effectively - Resilient - able to maintain a positive attitude and high level of customer service in challenging situations
Soft skills: - Communication - able to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues - Attention to detail - able to accurately record and process customer information
