Job Description - Remote Customer Service Assistant

As a Remote Customer Service Assistant at Weyerhaeuser, located in Melbourne, Victoria, AU, you will play a critical role in providing excellent customer service to our clients. This full-time Associate Level position requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Provide product information and recommendations to customers. 6. Maintain accurate and detailed customer records. 7. Identify and escalate important customer issues to management.


Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset. 3. Reliable and driven individual who can work independently. 4. Proficient in using customer service software and tools. 5. Ability to adapt to changing situations quickly and efficiently. 6. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. 7. Comfortable working remotely and managing your time effectively.
