Customer Service Assistant

Cardinal Health is seeking a hardworking and driven Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As an entry level position, no years of experience are required, making this an ideal opportunity for a motivated individual looking to start their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person - Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalations - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist with product information inquiries and provide recommendations to customers - Assist with inventory management and order processing - Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Previous customer service experience is a plus
