Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Associate to join our team at Berkshire Hathaway in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients while demonstrating a strong attention to detail and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner - Manage customer accounts, orders, and requests accurately and efficiently - Recommend products and services based on customer needs and preferences - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with tact and diplomacy - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Use data and feedback to continuously improve customer service processes - Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience - Energetic and adaptable personality - Strong attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Leadership qualities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
