Job Description - Customer Service Associate

Job Description:


Insurance Australia Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Associate to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a full-time Associate level professional with at least 3 years of experience in customer service, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner. 2. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions. 3. Process insurance claims and policy changes accurately and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery. 5. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Identify and escalate any issues or trends affecting customer satisfaction.


Requirements: 1. Hardworking and resilient individual who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate complex information to customers. 4. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry. 5. Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
