Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Avis Budget Group is seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of customer service representatives to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. 2. Train and onboard new customer service representatives. 3. Monitor and evaluate customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement. 4. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. 7. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service management. 3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 6. Driven and reliable personality traits. 7. Strong planning and presentation skills. 8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
