Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Service Manager to join our team at INTL FCStone in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. As a mid-to-senior level position, the Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the customer service team and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead the customer service team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective communication with customers - Monitor customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching to team members


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in a customer service management role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to present information clearly and effectively - Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service - Experience in financial services or a related industry is a plus


Personality Traits: In order to excel in this role, the ideal candidate should be hardworking and dedicated to providing excellent customer service.


Soft Skills: Critical thinking and presentation skills are also key traits that the Customer Service Manager should possess.
