Job Description - Remote Customer Service Manager

Envision Healthcare Holdings is currently seeking a Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This is a full-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in customer service management.


As a Remote Customer Service Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and lead a team of remote customer service representatives. You will be tasked with ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and support for our clients. You will also be responsible for monitoring performance metrics, providing feedback and coaching to team members, and implementing strategies to improve overall customer service operations.


In addition to managing the customer service team, you will also be responsible for developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures, as well as identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions. You will need to have strong analytical skills to assess data and trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve the customer experience.


The ideal candidate for this position will be reliable, motivated, innovative, and analytical. You must have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. Previous experience in a similar role and a track record of success in customer service management are essential.
