Job Description:
As a Customer Service Manager at Jabil Circuit, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of customer service representatives working from home in Brisbane, Queensland. Your primary role will be to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by monitoring and improving customer service processes, training and mentoring team members, and resolving escalated customer issues.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of remote customer service representatives to deliver exceptional service to customers - Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty - Conduct regular training sessions to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service
Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong leadership and communication skills - Passionate and dedicated to delivering excellent customer service - Demonstrated problem-solving and research abilities - Ability to work independently and manage remote teams effectively - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
