Job description:
Kohl’s, a leading retail company, is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This position offers the flexibility to work from home in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product questions, order status, returns, and other inquiries. 3. Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues and concerns efficiently and effectively. 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in the system. 5. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and policies. 7. Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills and ability to empathize with customers. 3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Driven and resilient attitude to handle challenging situations. 6. Strategic planning skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
