Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound contacts in line with client and company requirements to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and targets. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service to our clients' customers while meeting required standards of quality and adhering to schedules to achieve required targets.
